OS DISCURSOS DA CPI DA PEDOFILIA SOBRE INFCIA E EDUCAO

Resumo


O objetivo desta pesquisa consistiu em compreender qual a noo de infcia adotada pelos senadores e demais membros da Comiss Parlamentar de Inquito (CPI) da Pedofilia bem como a relao desse tema com o campo da Educao. Para isso, esta pesquisa documental, a partir dos pressupostos teico-metodolicos dos Estudos Culturais, analisou o Relatio Final da CPI da Pedofilia e os materiais pedagicos indicados e referidos por essa comiss. Foi observado que a crian considerada pelos senadores como sujeito passivo e carente de proteo, e em nenhum momento eles discutem o processo de adultizao e hiperexposio, proporcionado pelo consumismo, que as crians e adolescentes s expostos e, apesar dos parlamentares citarem leis que protegem as crians do abuso/violcia sexual, estes sujeitos ainda s produzidos pela mia de maneira erotizada. Embora a comiss de inquito tenha feito sugests ao Ministio da Educao para utilizao de um Guia Escolar e da insero do tema preveno contra a pedofilia, nos projetos pedagicos das escolas, n houve discusss, divulgao e sensibilizao para que isso ocorresse. Por fim, destacamos que importante o esclarecimento dos jovens quanto ao uso dos recursos tecnolicos, que s as principais fontes de disseminao de pornografia infantil, e os tipos de violcia sexual sendo que o professor e os familiares devem atuar em conjunto na discuss desse tema sociocultural complexo que a pedofilia.

THE SPEECHES OF THE PEDOPHILIA PIC ON CHILDREN AND EDUCATION

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to understand the idea of childhood adopted by senators and other members of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (PIC) of Pedophilia as well as the relation of this topic to the field of Education. For this, this documentary research, based on the theoretical and methodological assumptions of Cultural Studies, analyzed the Final Report of the Pedophilia PIC and the pedagogical materials indicated and referred to by this commission. It was observed that the child is seen by the senators as a passive and unprotected subject, at no time do they discuss the process of adultification and hyperexposure, provided by consumerism, that children and adolescents are exposed and despite the legislators citing laws that protect the Children of sexual abuse/violence, these subjects are still produced by the media in an eroticized way. Although the commission of inqiry has made suggestions to the Ministry of Education for the use of a Scholl Guide and insertion of the topic prevention against pedophilia, in the pedagogical projects of the schools, there was no discussion, publicity and awareness for this to occur. Finally, we emphasize that it is important to elucidate the use of technological resources, which are the main sources of dissemination of child pornography, and the types of sexual violence, and that the teacher and family members should work together to discuss this issue complex sociocultural theme that is pedophilia.
