FORMAÇÃO DO EDUCADOR AMBIENTAL: AS IDEOLOGIAS NAS REPRESENTAÇÕES SOCIAIS

Resumo

A crise socioambiental intensifica-se. A EA crítico-transformadora emerge como mecanismo à superação e a conservadora como manutenção do padrão societário atual. A formação de educadores traz a possibilidade não idealizada à constituição de uma EA de tendência histórica. Para refletir sobre a formação, investigaram-se concepções de Meio Ambiente e de EA e práticas educativas de dois grupos em formação – um grupo de mestrandos em educação e um grupo de educadores participantes da construção de uma política pública de EA. Aplicaram-se questionários semiestruturados no início do processo e realizaram-se entrevistas ao final. Para a análise, partiu-se de estudo teórico do campo ambiental e de discussões sobre a Ideologia e sobre as Representações Sociais, acreditando ser possível sua interlocução. Os resultados demonstraram, hegemonicamente, RS e práticas embebidas de visões ideologizadas de mundo ao encontro das tendências natural e racional. A parcela de tendência histórica compôs-se de mestrandos que, embora não tivessem seus estudos na temática ambiental, tem-nos no campo do materialismo histórico-dialético. Argumenta-se que, para formar educadores ambientais, é fundamental consolidar o referencial teórico crítico na instrumentalização da práxis educativa. ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATOR FORMATION: IDEOLOGIES IN THE SOCIAL REPRESENTATIONS ABSTRACT The socio-environmental crisis intensifies. The critical and transformative EE emerges as a mechanism to overcome and the conservative EE as maintenance of current corporate standard. The formation of teachers brings the possibility not created the establishment of an EE of historical trend. To discuss the formation, we investigated conceptions of Environment and EE and educational practices of two formation groups - a group of masters in education and a group of educators participating in the construction of a public policy EE. Semi-structured questionnaires were applied at the beginning of the process and interviews were held at the end. For the analysis, we decided to study the environmental field and theoretical discussions of ideology and on the social representations, believing it to be possible their dialogue. The results demonstrated, hegemonic, RS and practices ideologically soaked visions of the world to meet the natural and rational tendencies. The historical trend plot consisted of masters who, although they did not study in environmental issues, has in the field of historical and dialectical materialism. It is argued that to form environmental educators, it is essential to consolidate the theoretical critical instrumentation in educational praxis.
