O CRUZAMENTO ENTRE O FICCIONAL E A HISTORIOGRAFIA EM NAMBUANGONGO, DE JOÃO BERNARDO DE MIRANDA

Abstract

This article is entitled The Crossroads between the Fictional and the Historiography in Nambuangongo, by João Bernardo de Miranda and will be limited to the study of literature and historical experience in Angolan fiction narrative, through the historical path of the characters in the work Nambuangongo, by João Bernardo de Miranda. Therefore, the research will be developed through bibliographic analysis and registration of the traces that characterize the relations between historical facts and their impact on the destinies of the country - Angola - in the conception of the narrative under study through social and political perspectives. In the article, our goals are to demonstrate how the literary weaving fictionalizes the History of Angola, more specifically the wars of anti-colonial struggle and the impact of the 27th of May on the country's destinies, to distinguish the prominent themes in the narrative under study and the objectives of literary creation during the first decade after the independence of Angola, with greater incidence on that of João Bernardo de Miranda. The study led us to the demonstration that, in the narrative under study, the crossing between the fictional and the historiographic occurs, that is, events from the real history of Angola are fictionalized, from the beginning of the 1960s until 1978. We analyze how the recreation of the Angolan socio-political and historical in Nambuangongo marks a long-told historical version and repudiates the political decisions that dictated Angola's post-independence destinies
