Abstract

Resumo São considerados dois episódios pertencentes à literatura arturiana em francês arcaico, envolvendo um motivo recorrente: o jogo da decapitação. É apresentado um breve exame comparativo, levando também em conta uma narrativa folclórica irlandesa. Palavras-chave: Literatura arturiana, Promessa imprudente, Testando o herói Abstract Two episodes pertaining to the Arthurian literature in Old French are considered, dealing with a recurring motif: the beheading game.
